Rado Poeo i Malmös kåkstad heter nu Radu Ciprian: Ingen kommer att lämna lägret

När Uppdrag Granskning var på besök i Malmös kåkstad så fick de besked av EU-migranterna att Janne Josefsson endast fick vistas på området med skriftligt tillstånd från markägaren. Detta besked gav en rom som då kallade sig för Rado Poeo (som innan den 23/9 sa att han varit i Sverige i 3 månader).

Rado: When you will come here with paper from the owner of this land you can film everything you want
Rado: Until then I can not let you film nothing,

Rado: You can film. It’s not my problem.
Han heter Rado Poeo, han är 26 år gammal och säger att han varit i Sverige i tre månader. Hans fru och åttamånaders bebis är kvar i Rumänien. Rado berättar att de flesta i lägret tigger, men själv arbetar han några dagar i veckan på ett bygge. Han är fullt medveten om att det är en olovlig bosättning.
Rado: Yeah, we know that this is a private property and but what can we do? To stay where? In the middle of the street? All the people from here have childrens and family in Romainia you think that I like to stay here? No I dont like.

Rado: They came all the people said that we are we don’t clean after us . They bring two or three toilets here but they never, they never clean this toilets
Reporter: You have three toilets there?
Rado: Yes three toilets there but it’s… see our people want to help but were can we put?
Container och de bajamajor som står här, är hitställda på initiativ av solidaritetsgruppen som bildats för att stötta EU-migranterna.
Rado: You can not make your own necessity here if they don’t come and clean. Not to clean but to take that necessities from there
Reporter: Why don’t you clean it by yourself.
Rado: With what?
Reporter: Soap.
Rado: Do you see here any water. If I want to drink water I need to go a kilometer to the statoil gas station and clean
Rado: How can you clean if you dont have water

Reporter: But, Where is all this garbage from?
Rado: Our clothes, cartons
Reporter: From the people here?
Rado: Yeah from the people because there is four hundred people in this camp there are not ten people, twenty. We are four hundred
Reporter: Four hundred people living here?
Rado: Yeah
Reporter: Four hundred?
Rado: Yeah, four hundred people live here in this camp.

Reporter: But can you understand people and the neighbours here?
Rado: Yes, we understand that, and we know that it is not legal to make this kind of thing
Reporter: You understand it?
Rado: We understand it, all the people from here from this camp understand this
Reporter: You understand, but?
Rado: What can we do? Where can we go? In front of the city hall? Where?
Reporter: Dont you think when people in Sweden see this garbage and how you live here that the racists have right, gypsies people cant manage?
Gina Ionescu: We are not gypsy people we are rome from roma
Rado: We are not animals we are also humans in Romania. We can not stay because in Romania the salary for a month is 1500 kr. 1500 kr is nothing there. We want to make to keep the place clean and everything. Okey, i told you we also make mistakes so we made mistakes we are not… im not saying that we are perfect because we are not.

I samband med att Miljönämnden i Malmö tog beslut den 27/10 om att lägret med EU-migranter skulle upplösas så finns Rado Poeo där igen, men denna gång heter han istället Radu Ciprian.När han intervjuas framför Stadshuset säger han mycket bestämt att ingen i kåkstaden kommer att lämna lägret trots att EU-migranterna har fram till på söndag den 1/11 att bege sig därifrån.

HELA INTERVJUN (med dålig engelska):
– I’m here today to meet the mayor. Because of the decision yesterday (= dvs samma dag).
– The decision shouldn’t be like that. There are like 300 people in the camp. They have nowhere to go.
– Basicly she should came out and speak to us to tell us why this decision now in the wintertime.
– They spoke about this decision in April. Why didn’t they took this decision in April, and found us another place to go?
– They didn’t think about there are old people there.

On Sunday do you think the people will leave the camp?
– No, the people will not leave the camp. The people will remain in the camp and protest. Doesn’t matter what will happen.
